No. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden costs. You only pay £9 + VAT per single lead or £12 + VAT for sale & purchase leads.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. However, once you wish to cancel, reduce lead volume, or pause your account, we require a 7-day cooling off period. This allows us to adjust our marketing spend and ensure a smooth transition.
We invoice you monthly for the leads you've received that month. Payment can be made via bank transfer or direct debit. Invoice terms are typically 14 days.
All leads are verified before delivery. If you receive an invalid lead or encounter issues, contact us within 48 hours and we'll provide a replacement lead or credit to your account at no charge.
