1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the lead
generation services provided by Leads4Conveyancers ("we", "our", "us")
through leads4conveyancers.co.uk and related platforms.
By registering as a conveyancing partner or using our services, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before
proceeding.
2. Definitions

"Lead" means a consumer enquiry for conveyancing
services submitted through our comparison websites
(themove-exchange.co.uk and compareconveyancingprices.co.uk)

"Partner" means a conveyancing firm or solicitor
registered to receive leads through our service

"Service" means our lead generation and
distribution platform

"Lead Types" include Sale Only, Purchase Only, Sale
& Purchase, Remortgage, and Transfer of Equity leads
3. Service Description
Leads4Conveyancers provides a lead generation service connecting
consumers seeking conveyancing services with registered conveyancing
professionals. Our service includes:

Collection of consumer enquiries through our comparison websites
- Verification and validation of lead information

Real-time distribution of leads to up to 4 registered partners
- Access to a partner dashboard for lead management
4. Partner Registration & Eligibility
To register as a partner, you must:
- Be a qualified conveyancing professional or authorised firm
- Hold valid professional indemnity insurance

Be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Council
for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), or equivalent regulatory body
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain up-to-date contact and payment details
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate registrations at our
discretion.
5. Lead Distribution
5.1 Lead Selection
Partners can select which lead types they wish to receive (Sale
Only, Purchase Only, Sale & Purchase, Remortgage, Transfer of
Equity). Lead type preferences can be updated subject to our 7-day
cooling off period.
5.2 Shared Leads
Each lead is distributed to up to 4 conveyancing partners to
ensure consumers receive competitive quotes. This is a fundamental
aspect of our service model.
5.3 Real-Time Delivery
Leads are delivered in real-time via email and/or your partner
dashboard. Prompt response to leads is recommended for best
conversion rates.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Lead prices vary by type and are detailed on our pricing page
- Partners are invoiced weekly/monthly based on leads received
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- We accept payment by direct debit, bank transfer, or card

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England
base rate

We reserve the right to suspend lead delivery for overdue accounts
7. Free Trial
New partners may be eligible for a free trial of 10 leads. Trial
terms:
- One free trial per business entity

Trial leads are subject to standard quality and distribution terms

Continuation after trial requires agreement to standard pricing

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time
8. Cancellation & Cooling Off Period
Important: 7-Day Notice Required
While there are no long-term contracts, we require a
7-day cooling off period for any of the following
changes:
- Account cancellation
- Significant reduction in lead volume
- Pausing your account
- Changes to lead type preferences
This notice period allows us to adjust our marketing spend accordingly

Discretionary Early Action: At our sole discretion,
we may agree to process cancellations, pauses, or volume reductions
sooner than the 7-day notice period where circumstances allow.
9. Lead Quality & Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality, genuine leads. However, as leads
are generated from consumer enquiries, we cannot guarantee conversion
or instruction.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or credits may be issued for leads that:
- Contain clearly false or fictitious contact information
- Are duplicate leads (same consumer enquiry sent twice)
- Do not match your selected lead type criteria
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Leads that don't respond or change their mind
- Leads that choose another conveyancer
- Leads where the transaction falls through
- Failure to contact leads promptly
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead receipt with
supporting evidence.
10. Partner Obligations
As a partner, you agree to:
- Respond to leads promptly and professionally

Handle consumer data in accordance with GDPR and data protection
laws
- Not share, resell, or redistribute leads to third parties
- Maintain appropriate professional standards and insurance
- Provide accurate quotes and transparent pricing to consumers
- Not use leads for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your account information and credentials secure
11. Data Protection
When we share consumer lead data with you, we act as a data controller
sharing data with you as an independent data controller. You are
responsible for:

Processing lead data only for the purpose of providing conveyancing
quotes and services
- Maintaining appropriate security measures
- Respecting consumer rights under GDPR
- Deleting lead data when no longer required

12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on our websites remain our
property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use
our intellectual property without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee lead conversion rates or business outcomes

Our liability is limited to the value of leads paid for in the
preceding 3 months

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages

We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of consumers or
other partners
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Fail to pay outstanding invoices
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct
- Lose your professional accreditation or insurance
Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of England and Wales.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated to partners via email. Continued use of our service after
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
